General<\/h2>\n<p>At LeatherLuxuryStore, we strive to deliver your order to your complete satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may make use of our return policy. This document outlines the conditions under which you can return products and how the return process works.<\/p>\n<h2>2. 14-Day Return Period<\/h2>\n<p>You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt without providing any reason. This corresponds to the statutory right of withdrawal under European consumer law.<\/p>\n<p>The withdrawal period begins on the day that you\u2014or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier)\u2014physically receive the product. In the case of multiple deliveries within a single order, the period starts on the day the last product is received.<\/p>\n<h2>3.
